# Change of Mind Policy

> We hope you love your Life Interiors purchase however we understand if you change your mind when it arrives or if the piece doesnt quite fit as you hoped

At Life Interiors, we value your satisfaction. If you change your mind about a furniture purchase, we may offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

**Cancellation**

*   We offer cancellation on all Life Interiors, Room Life and Ethnicraft branded items.
    
*   You can cancel and receive an online credit at any time prior to despatch from our warehouse.
    
*   Once shipped, any cancellation request will be treated as a change of mind return.
    
*   You can cancel and receive a full refund if your order is delayed more than 90 days from your original lead time.
    

**All other brands are excluded** from cancellation, even in the event of a lead time or shipping delay. Brand names are listed above the product name on the product's page. Commercial orders, bulk orders, custom-made, floor stock and Alexandria Outlet purchases are also excluded from cancellation.

  

**Change of Mind Returns**

*   All Life Interiors, Room Life and Ethnicraft branded items can be returned.
    
*   Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
    
*   Items must be in as-new condition, with original, undamaged packaging, including all protective materials, labels, and accessories.
    
*   All refunds are issued as a store credit.
    
*   The original shipping fee is not refundable.
    
*   Return shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.

Online credits are valid from three years from date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
