The size of your order and the fragility of the items dictate which courier service will be used. See our range of delivery services on offer below. _\*exclusions apply to semi-remote and remote areas, contact us for details if this applies to you _ **Standard Delivery Service** **1 Man Curb Side** Our standard delivery service is used for smaller furniture items and non-fragile items. Our couriers deliver direct to your door but not inside your home, and you will need to assist the driver and receive your parcels. If you can't be home to receive your delivery, and there is a safe place the items can be left out of sight and out of the weather, let our team know and we can arrange to give our couriers your authority to leave! Where possible, we use **Australia Post** for all of our smaller items as they offer live tracking, speedy delivery services, and always leave a card, allowing you to collect from the nearest Australia Post location if you're not home to receive your delivery. Please be aware that we are unable to choose a specific delivery day when using these types of couriers and a phone call in advance of delivery is not provided. We always recommend having someone on hand if you think you may have trouble moving your goods alone, if this isn't an option, we recommend using one of our alternative 2 man services for heavy/bulky items. **Premium Delivery Services Sensitive Freight 2 Man Delivery Service - Offered in selected areas** We utilise a dedicated sensitive freight service covering metro areas in Sydney\*, Melbourne\*, Brisbane\*, and Adelaide. This is a 2-man white-glove service specialising in transporting heavy and fragile goods, such as our large sideboards and marble tables, which require meticulous care and strength! Please take note of the following courier guidelines: * Parcels are generally delivered to the front door. * Couriers will not collect or relocate household items to accommodate new products or unpack or remove any waste from the delivery residence. * Couriers will avoid using handling devices within the house/residence such as hand trolleys, though they may be necessary in some instances. * Although we strive to fulfill requests for delivery on specific days, please note that we may not always be able to accommodate such requests. However, we will make every effort to provide alternative options that may better suit your needs. \*Additionally, if you reside in the areas listed below, couriers can: * Deliver parcels to the household room of choice on ground level or one level upstairs or via a passenger lift to higher levels. * Access via a spiral staircase will not be attempted. * The access to that room must be clear and without hazards or obstacles.
